Thursday Update

Just pretend this post happened yesterday.

I got up around 9.30 to try to get some work done for studio and ended up walking all around Parc Monceau to take pictures. Then I headed over to La Villette where I tried to print and it failed miserably at first, not to mention my French was completely ruined and I couldn't talk to the guy at ALL -- although I could understand him fine and I really hate that everybody makes fun of us.
I got all of my stuff printed and then made my way towards studio with Stephanie while picking up lunch in the process.
Studio lasted from 1.30 until 8.15 and we went over this great book called Paris Metropole for most of the class period and then talked about what we had done. I ended up not showing all that stuff I had bothered to print because it was on a tiny spot like I thought we were supposed to focus on rather than a huge spot like Ron clarified yesterday. So all the walking was for naught except exercise but I suppose that's ok. We got out at 8.15 and Sarah and I went over to Kat, Irene, Yeh won, and Cindy's apartment where a bunch of the girls were making dinner and having "bible study" (that would be aka chatting) and we enjoyed that until 11PM, when we headed back. Ended up playing spades and rummy until 2 in the morning.
